Full lock Noise?

Hi lads Noticed when going full lock and rubbing noise seems to be coming from front end and and click noise near what seems to be around my steering wheel area any ideas going to get it looked at this weekend hopefully just thought id ask see if anyone has a clue?

I had similar problem and it was aux belt tensioner.
