Funny Noise on Full Lock

Whenever my wheels are turned full lock to the right, there is a funny noise from the front drivers wheel area?

In the last 4 months the car has had new TRE, ball joint and suspension top mount bearings.

I can't think of anything else that would cause it to make a noise?

Check the level of your pas fluid, mine did this, the power steering sensor was leaking and the fluid was low.

New sensor, new fluid, problem has now gone away.

Fluid was dexron II from Halfords

Can you explain the kind of noise at all?

Sort of a grinding noise I think, quite hard to explain. I thought it was my top mounted but since replacing them when I did the springs it hasn't gone
