Fuseboxes

Hey all! Got a mk3 clio '06, I've been checking all the fuses. I've checked the box near the stearing wheel, and the engine fusebox, so far everything is good. But what are those large black rectangles at the top of the fusebox? And could anybody help me get to the other fuseboxes?

Their relays. They can't be removed. The only other fuse box is below the steering eheel

Relays! Ah thank you very much! So nothing to check? I also looked at the one posted below, is that what you mean about the one under the steering?

Smashing, just checked the ones under the plastic cover next to the battery too. No luck
