G10

I found a full bottle of this stuff in the garage says on the bottle Farcela G10 but doesn't really say what it is. It has a couple of really small pictures on the back that look like they say it's meant to be put on with a damp cloth so tried it on an old panel I have but when I went to rub it off it seemed like it wasn't going to budge.

Anybody know what exactly it is?I know G3 never heard of this though.

If it's any good to me how should it be applied and removed?

Thanks

G10 is used as an after product after using G3/G6. its a very fine liquid compound, almost a polish. it'll remove marks, remove compound(g3) and remove marks left by the mop.

i generally do a wetflat with P1500/P2000, mop it all back up with G3, then use G10 on a soft mop head to polish it, then if im feeling generous and we have some a coat of wax afterwards.

Ok thanks so would it be worth going over my car with this instead of polish one weekend? My car is black but the paintwork seems quite dull at the moment even with a polish and a wax.

Any tips on how best to get rid of what's left on the paint after using it? When I tried it on a panel earlier the marks that it left after applying it didn't seem to want to come off really?

  Whichever has fuel
i'd go with FM on this.

G10 i'd only use with a mop. Using it by hand will leave streaks and willl be hard as fook to apply/buff off.

best to use a polisher tbh.

but it shouldnt really leave any marks unless the paint is in very very poor condition, its just a thick liquid

I've got one of these buffer things never really used it though might give it a bash at the weekend.

The panel I had the paint I thought was in not bad condition before it was taking off it was reguarly washed, polished and waxed and felt quite smooth. But when I put this stuff on after leaving it a minute it almost looked stained in. Maybe I wasn't trying hard enough will try it with the buffer.
How long should I be spending on each panel and area with the buffer?

aslong as needed, depends how bad it is.
just check that the panel aint getting too hot and watch your edges

Just didn't want to be in any danger of damaging the paintwork not to hot on these kind of things.

Appreciate the advice, cheers.
