Gasflowed Head or Exhaust Manifold

  Titanium 182

dont you have a 16v with 140k miles on the clock mate

will your engine live up to the power your trying to get?

Yeah its at 130k but fully reconditioned 3k ago with fast road cams and chip so should be spot on power wise....

flowed head will really do justice to these cams you have, as these two together give more power totalled than some of thier individual power gains on thier own. Then get it RR and chipped, hill power good bet

Will do!

Im just waiting to get a cheapish secondhand head and manifold and then hopefully send it down to BenR off this site - he seems to be best VFM.....

ill be doing the same next year mate. head, cams, chip, new manifold etc.

have a word with paul at infinicar if you get stuck for a head and a manifold.

definitely get headwork!

manufacturers manufacture cylinder heads as cheaply as possible with economy and reliability in mind (even renault;))

they dont tend to think about wether theres enuff airflow as standard for heavy engine tuning lol

an exhaust manifold will see very small gains but the headwork shud see you quite good:D

dont bother with bigger valves! for the cost of em they arent worth the extra airflow at all unless youre pushing 200bhp!

have a word with BenR, he specialises in cylinder heads!
