Gaskets for upper inlet manifold

What do I need please? And how much.

Do i need to get some sealant or do they not need it.

plenham to inlet manifold gasket, its about £2 IIRC

the gasket is almost like a compression gasket, you're only supposed to use them once

you don't need silicone or owt

yeah its a crush gasket mate so can only be used once,but some people use them more than once
