Was in the car when I bought it mate but i believe you can buy them from Renault. I will look up the part number when i get back to work next week.

Perfect, That would be so good as i have alot of small junk getting tossed about my boot.

Yes the boot tray is very handy. Keep spare oil/ tyre foam and other shite in there so saves it being slung around the boot.

I'm using ktec coilovers (for now!)

That a joke?

If not, then yeah, Z2, Z5 and AIO can be used on wheels and paintwork. However, I wouldnt use any of the 3 without ZFX. Expensive maybe but long lasting, great sheeting, good beading and good looks are all part of it with ZFX's Z5/2/AIO. Youll get a fair amount out of a bottle too as it goes far.
Someone told me it takes the fun out of detailing but if your after long lasting protection then I honestly dont know what works better and what lasts longer. I use it on company cars or cars I dont want to spend the time and money detailing all the time, washing and drying is easy. Good one step product after claying the car and hardly time consuming of difficult.

Im starting to like AIO on darker cars now having used it a fair bit recently (4 company cars in the past 3 weeks).

Like gally mentioned, Iron X will get rid of that s**t on your wheels. May take a few applications though. Are your brakes okay lol, remember my thread about wearing my brakes down to the metal in this section?

Once youve done it, take some time to remove the wheels, ironx them, clay them, make sure they are squeaky clean, and then apply ZFX'd Z5 or whatever 3 times per wheel following application guidelines. After that wash them with diluted shampoo and a brush.

No joke buddy, I meant about the longevity of the product. I know it's good on bodywork, but wasn't sure on them withstanding the heat as well as something like Blackfire Metal Sealant or PB WS.

I'm using ktec coilovers (for now!)

Get those changed! I thought Andy had H&Rs on there?

  Not a 320d
Seems to hold up pretty well pal! ive not tried BF metal sealant. I dont like PBWS though its pretty shiocking!

LOL give me chance - Haven't got £700 to blow on suspension atm and although they aren't brilliant there better than standard so will have to do for now. Andy didn't have H&R's he had GAZ on there!

Thanks all.

Looks great! The GF's Mini has really bad brake dust/tar on it's alloys.. PITA

I know, i'm just going to get it off the best I can and put a few layers of wax on there. I think the key is keeping on top of cleaning them but thats not going to happen for me!

Whats the orange machine like for tar? I imagine its just as bad as RB

Looks awesome as ever!

I can vouch for Racing Blue being a tar magnet. :dapprove:

Good Effort... I ddn't even realse you had 2118's on it... I rarely look in the Clio media mind.

My 2118's always ended up withthe exact same brake dust/tar patches as yours after a good go with Bilberry.

Ah maaan... The reason its shot up is due to the regular commutes to and from Maidenhead, its about a 400 mile round trip once you have finished and I usually do that about once a month. To top that off my daily commute is a 40 mile round trip as well. 'Bare miles

It's due another service at 84k... I only had my belts etc done in September, so i've done 12k in 5 months.

They aren't the easiest alloy to clean either tbh with all the spokes and stuff. I think i'm going to look into another solution if waxing them didn't work.

Nice work. I see a little of Andy's old polished bits remain under the bonnet.

You must have a loyal pal to scrub a manky engine in the cold/wet weather. I'd rather be inside ripping the heid aff it.

Bought it off you in Feb 2 years ago - Fook thats gone quick! Boot tiday is awesome so thank you for that :p I had to get rid of the turinis due to tyre prices (i seem to munch them with the miles i'm doing now).

Really good results mate, I own an RB myself yeah the tar is really bad i tried autoglym tar remover and i wasnt impressed with it so am going to get some tardis.

Done a stunning job on the car mate.

One question for you tho is where did you get the tray thing in your boot as in the picture below

Seems like there's as many posts about the boot shelf as there is about your ace cleaning job!

Am guessing it's one of these http://www.therenaultshop.co.uk/product/Compartment_Tray_7701416299
