Gaz Coil Overs Adjusting Damping Issue not making clicking sound

Hi Guys

Got a issue where 1 front coilover doesnt make the clicking sound when you adjust the damper. Also 1 rear coilover doesnt make the clicking sound when I adjust it.

Is this a common issue? Is this something that I can fix my self or does it need to go in to a shop to fix. I think they still work as they now seem softer after I adjusted them down.

Any Ideas?

one started to leak so got the front rebuilt, even after rebuilt they dont really click, GAZ explained not really an issue. just makes adjusting them harder
