hehe i only know cos when i was in 6th form a bloke in the year below me was only 16 and had a 206 1.4 on motability - he thought it sounded cool cos he took the air filter out and put tights over it . Didnt ever wanna come out with me and my old RT though, funny that.

HIC wont insure 18 yr olds i dont think anymore

elephant and admiral maybe aswel, do an online quote and add older female or 2 to the policy as 2nd drivers, brings it down a fair bit

I dunno about 18, deffinately dont insure 17 year olds due to a half million £ claim.

Direct Line were the cheapest for me at 17/18.

I think itd be a good idea if you typed properly. Not being nasty or whatever, but people on here get annoyed if you type "dis" dat" "day" etc.

As for pass plus, yeah go for it, makes all the difference when youre young and just passed. Can knock 30% off, which when paying 1k, is around 300 quid.
