gear knob inserts

i have a 1.4 dynamic and was trying 2 find out where i get the silver inserts for the gear knob....if any 1 has any info i would be more than greatful thax

Spray it yourself?
I done mine as it was fading.
Looks spot on now.

Easy. The leather knob is soft so stick a screwdriver and prise it out.

Ive done a temporary, maybe permenant fix on mine which didnt involve paint!
