i think you just need to pull your knob to take it off.

sure it is on the ph1 anyway

Give your knob a good pull and it should come off...

If not, you'll have to take a hacksaw to it!

i paniced for two weeks and it ended up taking me 5mins,
stuck 2 screwdrivers under the plastic cover and rolled it off,
inside is a white thing which you twist off with a monkey wrench or simular, its just stuck on with smelly glue. and bobs your uncle.

you will need to cut the knob to remove it , it is glued as well as secured on .

Some can be screwd off and others have had to use a hacksaw!

the bloke at renault said it would have to be ground of but it just twisted off.
