Hi guys please excuse if this has been asked a thousand times but just changed dogbone bushes and plastic selector bush now i cant get gears. I didnt touch the pinch bolt on selector rod so confused as to why i cant get gears....is there anything i can do just to get it mobile again????

Sounds to me like you need to readjust your gear linkage mate so you can select gears.
Loosen the pinch bolt for the rod off and then select a gear manually at the gearbox. Just remember that if you push the lever on the box backwards, that's a uneven gear in the car if your looking at the gear lever. So basically it's going to either be, 1st, 3rd or 5th but more likely 3rd.

Not to my knowledge. It's a bit fiddly, but not impossible by any means.
