Gearbox/Clutch Grind

Just got one noise sorted now there is another!!!

So going along in any gear and if you slowly raise the revs a rattle noise comes in about 2.5/3k and gets louder as more revs come on. This also happens if in gear and clutch down but DOES NOT happen if in neutral.

Beggining to regret buying the 172 now!

Any ideas?

It is from front end but not near the gear leaver
