Gearbox issues on a clio1.6L mk2 2001

Hi all,
I’ve recently had a problem with my driveshaft on the passenger side keeping popping out due to the circlip, when I “originally” sorted the issue i tac welded it back into position after knocking the diff back in. That worked for a day before it popped back out after i went over a speedbump. Just wondering if there anything i can do to fix the issue or is it time too look for a new box.

I thought they were just for JC5 boxes, my bad.

Fit Jb3 too assuming thats what its running.

I assume it is a JB3, would i need a new circlip and washer or just use the old circlip?
Ive had a look at the renfort plates, do u just drill into the circlip and diff?

Basically your issues are due to worn diff bearings. If you replace the clip and washer, it will go again.

Renfort is drilled and tapped into the diff casing. It does away with the circlip.
