Gearbox oil - 172

Does anyone know the capacity of a 172 2003 gear box is?

Also whats the recomended type of oil fully/semi syn?

Just over 3 litres I believe. I bought some Silkolene Syn 5 from Opie Oils (oilman) to see if it improved my syncho, but got a new box in the end (and whatever oil the Renault garage put in).
