gearbox oil change

hi all, i have a 2000 172, its done 80k miles now so was thinking maybe its time to change gearbox oil, is this about the right millage to change it? if so what grade oil is it and how much oil do you put in the gearbox? thanks for any info!!!!!

75/90 oil is what you need.

3.1 liters ish is what you'll need.

There laods of choice and no idealy one the renault stuff is very goodf though. Then there Royal purple at twice the price etc.
