Gearbox oil filling - drivers shaft off

I know this is a silly question but I just want to make sure - the passengers driveshaft is now attached with 3 bolts so sealed.

Drivers shaft is off for another few hours until a part arrives.

No oil will leak out of the box with the drivers drive shaft off no ?

There is an oil seal on the drivers side of the box I know but just double checking.

No, passenger side is wet

No issue to fill it up with the driver side shaft off.
