Gearbox Oil Leak

I've got an oil leak from the gearbox on my 172. It looks like its coming from the rubber joint/seal where the gear selector goes into the gearbox. Is this likely to be an expensive thing to get replaced? Im guessing the rubber will only be a few quid, but couldn't figure out how much labour would be involved...... the little jobs often seem to cost the most to get done

Ive got the exact same problem with my 182 its not a major issue ive been told but am getting it done regardless coz its under warranty.
Not sure what they do exactly but I know it involves 2 rubber o rings and for the 1st 100 or so miles gear change will seem a little stiffer.
For peace of mind worth getting it checked out do you have a renault minut near you they could tell you how serious it is. I was told that mine wasnt that bad even though it looked bad (18kmiles) all the levels were ok, its when its dripping out of the nut/bolt next to the linkage thats when you should panic!
