GEARBOX oil

My car have new gearbox oil and it is TRANSELF NFP 75W80 because a renault dealer said me that this is the car oil.
Now people said me that It must be TRANSELF NFJ 75W80

What I have to do?

I used mopar (chrysler) 75w90 on my gearbox (because it was the only synthetic that o could find). I'ts the numerical rating that matters, so you'll most likely be ok

Castrol EPX 75/80 GL5 Differential oil from Halfords etc is what most folk recommend and use on here

according to the workshop manual, TRX is the specified Tranself product - not sure if NFP isn't just the same stuff, relabled? there are loads of different codes for the Tranself range and it's confusing.

would have thought any 75/80 GL5 would be OK. i've put TRT in mine, which is 'lower' than TRX in the range, but is still a GL5 oil - seems fine anyway
