Gearbox oil

Just a quick question, I believe the recommend gearbox oil is 75/80? Is this correct and also can you use 75/90 instead or will this cause issues? I have a 182cup.

75w-80 GL5 gear oil is recommended but isn't cheap!!


75w-90 shall be fine.
