Gearbox oil

looking at the likes of Ash ,Tony el al ..... what gearbox oil do you guys run ?

standard elf 75w-80 , or something like Redline synthetic ....... i have run redline in heavy duty boxes before to great effect , but wondered what you have tried ....


to be fair its only in the daily so i know it makes no odds really but just thinking out loud (and i think i have a few quarts of redline LOL

Im my thread, majority of people have told me 75/80, but everywhere ive rang has said they only sell it in 75/90, so f**k it, thats what im on

I've just put 75w 80 fuchs sintofluid in. i'm sure the box loves it as what came out was dark brown but feels the same to me? To be fair I've only done a1/4 mile run

If you have a gripper they advise a morris xfs 80-140 ideally or any other's with that weight/temperature rating.
