gearbox problem on my valver

my clio valver now has the tendansy to jump out of second gear. im hoping its only the linkage but i very much doubt it. reckon it could be the selector. has anyone had similar problems

dogbone mount - replace it - get genuine renault part

possibly synchros and detent springs.

Change/top up the box oil, that might help (but wont solve).

Otherwise, just hold it in gear
