gearbox problem possibly??

I have recently chnaged thegearbox on my182 and now on the odd occasion I have trouble selecting third gear, I have not had time to have a look, first think im gunna do is adjust the gear linkage then see if that helps. but I was wondering if any one else could advise me and suggest anything else totry if my solution dont work??

altered the gear linkage still no change any ideas?
