gearbox replacement on a 1.2 grande

hi guy's new to this site.just got myself a ph2 mk1 172 which i love,but i have seen a 1.2 clio grande for sale that the mrs like's but there are a few problems with it.the gearbox is supposed to be cracked and it needs a new clutch,what i want to know is how hard are these to replace yourself.i have experience changing gearboxes and clutches on saxo's,is there much of a difference with clios??????.

Must be damn cheap if it's worth the hassle. Easy job if you are handy with a spanner. Subframe may need dropping. Not sure.
