gearbox sync ?

Can I get new ones ? Or is it a case of re lubing it up , the rods under the car ? That move the gears ?

Also when I start my engine ? My engine shakes vigrously , how can u tell a mount is fecked ?

Cheers ? Would a mount be naffed on the gearbox also cheers
