Gen 90 TPS setup problem

Hi all, I have fitted itb's and a gen 90 on my 182. I have been trying to set the tps up but when I rotate the sensor the raw value stays at 255. I have even tried another sensor off Ktec but still no joy.
If anyone has had the problem before or can shed any light on it I would be most grateful.

First things first , you’ll need to confirm the sensor(s) are working first , I know how can 2 be not working .
Then after that’s confirmed , it’s the wiring to the ecu and then that should be it .
