Gen90 setup

Hi everyone, has anyone ever set up a gen90 from brand new as I've tried all day to get mine to connect to car but unsuccessful, I've installed and uninstalled the program's serval times and still no difference any help would be appreciated

it should come pre-working (if you bought it new), Ktec will make sure it has the correct firmware for the car (i.e ph1 vs ph2 vs ph2 cup e.t.c), and it will literally plug in and turn key start.

Hi there, I tried firing it up with gen90 nothing happened, I also got a dongle with a itb base that I'm sure has to be loaded into it bit I can't get the thing to connect, I think it was a last minute scramble for ktec as I got wrong TPS sensor and never received a new throttle cable
