General suspension question!

Hi all,
I have a mate who accident bought some 172 outer arb polybushes.

I can now have them off of him, question is... Is it worth upgrading my standard ones? Will I notice any difference? I don't actually know what an outer arb bush is, or does...

I doubt you will notice any difference (unless your bushes are knackered). The bush is part of the attachment of the front ARB. I think it's only really worth upgrading if your current bush is knackered.
