Get this stuff off my headlights?

I havent got a clue what this s**t is but it is definately on the outside and clearly visable when your close, any ideas how to get it off?

Looks like you need to do a headlight correction.

Thier is a guide for it but you need to become a member to see it.

Without seeing it up close it could be maybe a bit of fallout etc? Have you tried to clay it?

Only thing ive tried so far is some polish tbh, didnt have a clue what it is but apparently its quite common according to google?
Love my car and just want it to be as good as possible

Wet sand them first.

All sorted most of it came of in like 2 minutes ended up using Astonish with a rough pad, will keep working on it for a few days

wet sand and machine is the best way, it does creep back mind, i had to do the mrs lights again last weekend, was over 18months since i last did them.

No if you use a polish with an abrasive it will take it out and polish it back up.
