Getting emails from outlook express

Can't turn the pc on, just have the hard disk?

Put your hard drive in another pc and you'll be able to read your emails as long as your hard drive is set as master .

Can't set it as master because it won't boot up.

set the hard drive (from broken pc) as a slave (instructions provided on manafac website) and place it in the working computer.

Load up windows, make sure you can view the slave.

Open outlook if you have it on the machine.

Then simply import the PST.

This is the easisest way.

Well, if your emails are from a pop3 account and you have kept the originals on the server, it will re-download them if not

1) The way I do things is have 2 hard drives, one for the OS and one for the Data.

2) The alternative is to partition the h/d and again, have one section with the OS and the other with data, therefore, if you need to re-format, you just do the "windows" section and not the actual data.

Partition magic is an excellent application if you wish to carry out step 2 which is the cheapest.

We don't know the password to his email address, it's my bro's he greatly annoyed, but i've warned him enough, his GF moved it, it was standing up she moved it 90 degree to on it's side while the comp while it was on, fecked it basically.
