Getting rid of photo library..

Iv just put a load of photos on my 4s that I had on the old phone.. They are all in ther separate folders but then they are all in a Folder called Photo Library but you cant delete it or the photos in it.. Is ther any way of doing it?

i asked the same question in the apple store and apparently it can't be deleted

Unsync photos in itunes. = Gone.
