Getting window off of runner (elec)HELP!

ok im wanting my front windows out of my 95 RT got the whole door card etc stripped down but how do u get the window off of the little plastic bit thats connected 2 the rail for moving it up and down? its driving me nutz.

need help asap

dont the window runners inside the door come off to release the window.just bolted on i think but its been a long time since ive changed a old clio window.
