Been having problems with my exhaust on a MKII 172 i bought a month or so back. Who ever had the car previous to me had a twin Magnex thing fitted. Everytime I come to use the car I have to push the rubber bung thing on the right back on. So, I thought I will take this into Kwik Fit (the other week) and they looked at it and said "that has definately not been fitted right". I decided today to take it into National Tyres and they said the same. They put some metal clips on to stop it from coming loose.
I asked for suggestions and they said just buy the original Renault one. They phoned me up later saying it would be around £550.
What does anyone suggest. The exhaust currently on looks horrendous and boy racer(ish). I'd like the noise to be toned down and have no pipes sticking out. I see the K-Tec stealth one looks quite good.
