Anyone ever done this?? I just want to know how much it would cost to get the standard zorst put back on, just the backbox? If so I will be selling my magnex oval backbox.
I have just changed the powerflow system on my Valver back to standard, And I can't tell you how much better it is..........paid £130 for standard cat bk, a cup shouldn't be that muck more I don't think..........£150???
or £80ish for just b-box
yep i''ve done this, i brought a magnex as the centre section on my stock exhaust broke with some enthusiastic driving .... liked the way it sounded but wasn't too taken with the looks..... then the magnex centre section developed a rattle, sold it and got a new reno centre section (up to the rear axel) iir around 200 notes, my back box was ok, and i fitted it for nowt.....
imo the magnex does nothing for performance unless your doing big mods, i think the standard one is fine performance wise, just abit poorly made
Mine is just the backbox, he did seem to butcher the standard backbox off like but he said they could just make a sleeve to connect the standard back to standard again. I still have the standard backbox in my garage.
The exhaust sounds lovely, not too loud when your pottering around but it really comes to life if you floor it.
I need to go back to standard as I'm going to use my car for my business and i dont think it would make a good impression turning up with the magnex on.
new its all one system from the cat, but if one part of the section fails the system is cut round the rear axel area. You can then either buy a seperate centre section, or backbox, depending whats failed
