Going to buy a clio...

Looks good from the pictures, dying for a skoda splitter so make sure you get that in your budget. (£9) ;)

You more often than not find that the front splitter is missing. A lot of new cars were delivered without them due to them not being delivered to the dealers with the splitters on....

...or something to that effect.

Lol ahah!

It does say it has both cup packs, so it should have a splitter :/

Yes, I assume many get ripped off on speed bumps. Have you ever seen how these cars are driven!
Looks OK but whilst people can give you advice such as it's missing this or that, which is helpful, you need to see a car in the metal. Those pictures could have been taken when the car was bought or after a detail/clean. They often are.

Don't worry about the mileage. These things go on and on and on.
When you see one, ask for the paperwork and check how often it was serviced and the mileage adds up nicely. Make sure you are happy with where the work was carried out (particularly cambelt). I imagine it is not that difficult to "make up" a service history if you know the right people. I hate cars advertised as FSH but are only stamped, no corresponding receipts. The receipts/invoices are what give you invoice numbers etc. and actual detail about what was done.

Finally, if you have your heart on a particular car (colour/spec etc.), don't rush, save up if you must. There is nothing worse than buying an aspirational car but in just the wrong colour or spec. You will regret it and post things like, "I wish I had bought a RB or LY".
There are plenty of these cars about. If you are not desperate for a car (I know you can't wait to get one!) try to actually enjoy the experience.
