Good bodyshop near Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Just looking for a recommended place to get front and rear bumpers repsrayed on my Cup as they are properly tatty from the previous owner. I may also get the side strips lacquered. I'm after somewhere local so I can drop the car off and come back in a couple of days with it all done.

Also I have no idea how much this will cost, at a guess I'm thinking £400.

Another friend also got quoted around £250 for a front bumper and bonnet spray on his Civic Type R.
