Good gain on 1.2 16v

  Audi TT 3.2 V6
Think RS Tuning offer a remap on the 1.2 16v which gives approx 10% more power. Takes power to around the 83-84bhp mark. Not sure what other mods the car in question had.

not much can be gained rly but id strip it which is free, also remove the rear wiper and motor, decat, induction kit, re-map last!!

As said, strip it, good suspension and tyres and some greenstuff pads will make it alot more fun

You wont gain anything on a 1.2 16v from exhaust alone. You will need to combine it with breathing mods like induction kits.

To be fair. Thats very true.

I took the advice and upgraded from a 1.2 to a 182. Job Done. 100+bhp more. You cant get that through even the biggest modifications on a 1.2

my 1.2 is giving me too many problems at the moment havnt got money to keep spending and spending on it! so looking to put her up for sale and look for something else

bit of a contradiction the thread really as your lookin to go faster but not prepared to spend..

hard spesh on a 1.2 but like others have said a remap and exhaust will offer the best gains

Jord (f0xy) knows someone who's had they're 1.2 mapped, said it gave a decent improvement. Personally I wouldn't bother.

its not worth worrying about power mate , u will still get it handed to u bye most things on the road . just wait until your nxt car , and then worry about power.
