Good paintwork Cleaners

  Not a 320d
Im after ones that really pull s**t out of the paintwork. I had my heart set on Prime Strong, but im not sure if Id prefer something that doesnt lay down protection.

Ive got HD Cleanse, Lime Prime, SRP, Blackfire GEP, Zaino AIO (One of my best cleaners really), Vics Deep Cleanse (my mate says this is great, ive not used yet).

Reason being is, if Wolfs body wrap is as good as they say, i might start using it after an IPA wipedown to provide durable protection, and the cars ill be doing will most probably require a really good cleanse and clean before applying an LSP.

Can someone reccomend from experience, a good cleaner that can be done by hand or DA.

You've answered your own question IMO. Prime strong is a great shout (although why strong over acrylic/carnauba?).

Because I dont want the sealant that gets layed down....but

I assume IPA will remove it?

On that note, do I need to remove it if im applying body wrap?

Strong just because I can.

R222's is filler heavy mate but immense on light colours.

I'd say apart from Prime, Lusso RC is one of the best on the market pure cleanser. I love it.

Gep leaves fillers aswell.

Usually people just polish/Ipa then bodywrap mate.

I use a cleanser as I don't use ipa.

A cleanser like what?

Fillers wouldnt be a bad thing.

But Body wrap seems to be a good option for a durable finish. On my own car and other peoples. Ive still got this VW touraeg or whatever it is to do, thats black.

A little confused as to wat the best option might be here.

Nano sealants won't sit on anything except bare paint mate. You can't even layer it.

Why not just put a sealant on a car? Or collinites? It'll last a year ffs!

Colly is the worst product for black mate. Its s**t enough as it is.

Youre right though, f**k it. Ill just put a sealant on it over a layer of blackhole or something filler heavy.

No, I thank you.

Im still buying body wrap though, but for my car over the winter months.

Think ill just apply a coat of FK, thatll last a week or 2.

Prime strong for me.
The protection it lays down is fantastic. My windows are sheeting water months later..

The 'best' cleanser for me is Carlack 68NSC, which is reformulated version of the Jeffs but is a bit cheaper (from CYC).

Nothing cleans like this stuff, it's amazing how much crap you pull off seemingly clean paint, very potent chemical cleaning reaction.

Auto Finesse Rejuvenate should get a look in too, I prefer it to Lime Prime now, which has surprised me given how many LP cleanses I've done over the past few years.
