I made the switch from FF to GC when it first came out. Never looked back since. I just like the simple look of it and its hassle free :)

What is so good about it?

There is nothing spectacular about it don't get me wrong but it just looks clean and neat and the "most visited" titles when you open a new tab/page is a good feature. Also the address bar acts as google search.

Try it for a bit and see

I quite like the fact that you can drag a tab away from the window and it creates a new separate window!!!!!!!! Awesome !!!!!!!

I used be an IE only user, who said I would never try a different web browser, then I tried FireFox, and I will NEVER look back ! I have tried Google Chrome, and apart from a couple of good ideas and its simple, easy to use design, I really wouldnt bother with it. FireFox far out shines any other browser.

Found GC was crashing a lot, after a reformat, it works fine.

Not so keep on GC, just prefer the way IE works even if it isn't as fast. Just use GC for p**n.

imo the only thing ff has over gc is ad blocker....aside from that it's slower...

This is turning into a browser Fanboy thread ! that said...FF PWNS ! Tbh, its down to whatever you get along with most, as with speeds GC is quicker, but its not like FF is dead beat slow. Foget MS IE, thats shite

IE is sooo slow at opening new tabs, will never use it again just for that reason alone.

Never been a fan of FF, a lot of things tend to not display correctly and downloading plug ins for everything gets so boring.

GC is neat, brilliant design. The 'favourites' thing is great, use it all the time! Opening new tabs including in-cognito one's is instant. Have never looked back :clown:

FF takes up too much memory (RAM) basically, that is its biggest downside.

GC uses a lot less memory.

Firefox FTW... When i first moved from Internet Explorer to it, I found it well wierd, but now i think its a million times better!
And from what ive seen, probably a million times better than GC!
