Just been looking at some videos created using the fusion.

Looks really cool. Was gonna get myself a hero 6 but might have to wait for this.

Only issue is RRP is going to be £699

Just got a Yi 360 to try capturing some VR vids, it's 5.7K too. What else does the Gopro do to warrant being over 2x the cost?

Erm.... it says Gopro on the side?!?

After abit of googling I have come up with this

Yi 360

PROS:
Cheap
5.7K Video
Good Stitching Accuracy
Spatial Audio
CONS:
Low resolution photos
No stabilization
Not compatible with Android at launch
Not waterproof
No “Overcapture” feature

Gopro fusion

PROS:
Overcapture
Clear and sharp video
Reasonable photo resolution
Advanced stabilization
Seamless stitching
Compatible with most GoPro Mounts
CONS:
Lower video resolution that competitors
Lacking some sensors
Some features not available till 2018



To be fair I think OverCapture & video stabilisation would clinch it for me.
