Got my new 172 silver last saturday, was ordered on 6th sept with delivery date to renault of 5th nov which ended up being about a week or so out.

Only done about 60 miles in it so far but well pleased, even gearbox doesnt feel as stiff as i expected

Slight (and I mean slight) lacquer defect on drivers door which ive got them to put down in writing on the paperwork should anything result from it and also slight tear on leather on drivers seat which they will also replace, I gave car a 20 mins inspection before handing over money but am gonna give the whole car a right going over this saturday before I go see them, Hopefully wont find anything else !!

Otherwise well pleased with it - Cant believe the looks you get when driving it

not surprised - ive heard its supposed to sound amazing, id love to get the same system but dont think neighbors would be happy, Im moving house soon so might see how the land lies after moving but dont want to create a bad first impression etc

hehe go on oh and they have stopped making mine now only the smaller one left

make sure you get the boot net (£25 worth), should be in boot or glove box. Mine was missing, got it sent through the post.

Prob never use mine but it should be included with the car
