Today I decided to swap out the checkstrap on the drivers side door.

Nothing went to plan.
1) The checkstrap didnt fit
2) I broke the plastic part that helps align the doorcard to the top of the door. Its superglued for the short term

However, I did have a supervisor.

What was up with your check strap?

My drivers door is incredibly creaky and white grease on the hinges didn’t solve it. So was thinking it may be that.

The replacement was missing these parts

Its the part that is at the top of where the doorcar meets the actual panel. Provides a weather seal/strip against the inner window. I think it might be 7701207589?
