Green P370 Induction Kit - No Change

I bought a Green Cotton induction kit (P370) for £94.00. I fitted it to the box inwhich the older filter was inside. This was done by a normal rubber pipe (included) and the air filter connects to that. I have used it for a day and there is no change in sound. I have fitted the old air feed to directly face the new air filter. Anyone have any ideas why this is?

have you took out the old filter and have you got rid of the silencer box as well.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the late post. I did remove the old filter and and there was no air box. Funny enough it is very loud now and very noticable, must have taken a while!
