Grinding / knocking when pulling away

When I pull away in my 172 I'm getting a dragging noise, most audible if someone is in the back or if I'm pulling away on a hill.

It's definitely coming from the rear, checked the exhaust and that isn't loose.

My Saxo had the same problem and it was the break load sensing valve that was nackered. Do clio's have these?

Caliper sticking? Disc shield rubbing on disc?

Gringing is a rotational noise, knocking is not. So really, could be anything lol.

Check the back of the disc as bits like to fall off which causes a very rough surface..
