Grinding noise!

Coming home from work tonight i noticed then when i slow right down there is a grinding/rotating nosie coming from drivers side wheel area....only happens when i break so Could it be the pads? or? any suggestions guys?...sounds like its sjut the drivers side though...

you checked the brake pads? Mine grind like a b**ch all the time.

I havent had the chance to mate..what would i be looking for? if somethigns wrong etc,im a complete novice when it comes to brakes etc.
