Gripper help

advice please
I need to get the diff out my car and send if off to be serviced as making a scary noise. The cost is £300 for the service and was wondering how much would be a garage charge to take the diff out then I need to send to Gripper than refit it
Any ideas!!

£300 for a service? Last time I had a gripper serviced with all new clutch plates and pre-load reset it was £75 as I recall.

Taking the diff out takes about 25mins with someone who knows what they are doing. Putting it back takes a bit longer though.

If you can get the box to me I can strip it, send the diff to gripper and rebuild it all when its back. I get good prices at gripper and handily they're only 25 mins away from my house.
