grommets for badge holes..

i want to debadge my mk2 ph1 and i understant ther will be small holes left behind, i cannot afford to have it sprayed etc so im looking for a load of grommets to cover the little holes and then paint the grommets.

Good idea or not? where can i obtain these grommets?

I think the grommets will look gash imo . Either get the holes filled professionally or leave the badges .

hmm or my other idea was to paint the badges the same colour as the body

yeah agree with the posts above.
grommets will look gash!
paint the badges.
leave them alone
or fill the holes up properly and re-spray
