Groupe_N or 98ron remap calibration?

Jeeze, the number of RSTuner posts lately...i think we need a sub-forum!!! LOL

In answer to your question....

You need to use both for best results. Use GroupN.rst and 98ron.cal. They are different files that do different things.

The .rst portion tells the engine what to do.
The .cal file tells the engine how to do it.

They are matched.

No it says they are both performance enhanced calibrations.

Fastchip also give you the standard map at the top if you want to upload the original settings although it is recommended to backup your own standard map first! You need to do a "read CAL" and "read ECU" to do this.

For your car it is best if you do a full ECU remap "Write ECU" with the GroupN RST file and then a partial remap "Write CAL" with the RON98 CAL file.
