gtr2 file needed

my cd drive is busted on my pc so i downloaded gtr2 to use my own key. it installed fine etc but its in russian after a looksies on the net ive come accross a file that i need to change to english.

GTR2/UIDATA/GAME.DIC << the file

if i saw this soon i would have checked my emails to see if i still had it graphics card failure means no gtr2 for me
