Basically the part fell off and was lodged in the engine, not sure how to describe it, I'd show you a picture of the part but I can't at the moment so was wondering if you could with the following picture...

all like that, if you look at the lower part there is nothing for a bolt to thread into.

Not only the fuel rail guard, but also one of the bolts that hold it on?

The 3 holes are normal, 2 are for the engine cover and one is the little alignment thing.
